What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, anything you write in the message field, and any photos of your property you send us.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work and provide support afterwards. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Who can see it
The people at Northmark Lighting working on your enquiry. We may use ordinary business tools such as email and phone services to communicate with you, and those providers process the message on our behalf. We share information with anyone else only where the law requires it.
Photos of your home
Photos you send are used to prepare your quote. If we'd like to use a photo of finished work on our website or social media, we ask you first.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept while they're active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. Records tied to completed work are kept as long as needed for warranty and accounting purposes.
This website
This site does not run advertising trackers. If we add basic analytics to understand which pages are useful, it is used in aggregate and never to identify you personally.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@northmarklighting.com and we'll take care of it.
